Even worse. They don't provide cancellation on their Web page account into so I had to call them up. When the email finally arrived it said that they will issue a full refund within 24 hours no questions asked. When I was reading it, the customer support finally answered and agreed to help me cancel my account, but wouldn't stop asking marketing questions for why I was cancelling the account. I told him "no questions asked" but he wouldn't take no for an answer. I finally just used the email to cancel the account through the email link.
