Soyuz TMA-09M performs deorbit burn and landing as Expedition 37 to the International Space Station returns to Earth with the Olympic torch onboard. The Olympic flame had been taken out for its first-ever spacewalk on Saturday. The landing of the Soyuz TMA-09M was flawless bulls-eye near Dzhezkazgan, Kazakhstan, Central Asia.

That is really, really cool.

It would have been even cooler if they got the Space Jump guy to return it to earth.

*First spacewalk but third Olympic torch in space:

The 2014 Sochi Olympic torch is the third to reach space. Previous replica and unlit torches were launched in 1996 and 2000 on NASA space shuttles, but they stayed inside for the full time they were on orbit.

Space Jump guy (Felix Baumgartner) with a Shiba Inu would be cool.
