It's expensive as far as apps go, coming in at $5.99, but worth every penny. You log in with your Atlassian URL, username and password and voila, you are mobile and managing.
Well then, there's no point unless you host your own JIRA and Confluence. Let me make another recommendation then, JIRA and Confluence as a hosted cloud service is worth every penny and so much easier than a) hosting it yourself, or b) not using it at all! :-)
