When I did reverse Google image lookup it says this is Alana Blanchard:

Are you sure it's not Anastasia Ashley?

It could be. Not sure. And Google Image Search isn't helping.

The gif is on many blogs (example 1, example 2, example 3, ...) but none of them seem to be the origin.

This Reddit thread seems to think her name is Midwest Made and this is her tumblr.

But I see no evidence of that to be true, other than this post she made on January 7, 2013.
