I love Tuneup.  The only issue is that I had about a dozen playlist folders with all sorts of songs in them.  After tuneup went through and changed the names, it removed all the changes songs from the playlists completely ruining them.  I contacted TuneUp support and they basically just said, don't do that.  I asked them to fix it as it completely ruined the value of using their tool, but they didn't seem to understand.  After several tries at explaining it to them, they finally understood and didn't seem keen on fixing it at all.  It's too bad, it was a really useful tool for a couple years until they screwed it up. 

Which means that it's not so useful after all.
