Part of the MB&F M.A.D. Gallery, Oefner painstakingly took apart detailed models of that Ferrari and a Jaguar E-Type for images in a series called "Disintegrating." After cutting the model cars apart, he sketched exactly where every piece that was in the car was going to go so that when photographed, it would give the impression of a car that was exploding.P
He said it took almost two months to create one of these images.P
