Hachiya persimmons are delightful but they get overripe so quickly. Use them up in this British-style steamed pudding. A bundt pan or even a Pyrex casserole are not going to cramp your style too much.
This is great, about this time of year, people seem to have a lot of Persimmons to offer and there's only so many you can eat
