How To Measure The Emotional Intelligence Of Your Boss

Perhaps it is better to measure the emotional intelligence of your POTENTIAL boss when you're thinking about a job. Once you're in the job, there's not a whole lot you can do besides leave.
Great point. I think of a job interview as being bi-directional. They are interviewing you, but you are also interviewing them. That's a wise job seeker.
Yes! The more questions you ask in an interview, the better an idea you get of what it will be like to work with that person.
I am curious as to how many people actually think of job interviewing in this light. Since the prevailing statistic of job DIS-satisfaction is over 75%, perhaps job seekers should put more effort into evaluating the kind of person they'd be working for. That would probably help raise the job satisfaction rate.
Not many people think this way. Most people are relieved to just find a job. Any job.
