Good example of a new highly specialized social media app, and this came out months ago?  I could see where people who really loved football would use this ;)

It turns out it's a lot less fun to watch football on your phone than to watch it on a big TV.

If you're in a pickle, and it's all you have?  Maybe it's more fitting to be used as a database of football stats, and chat/smack talk about players and games.

You're right -- it's good if you have nothing else.

And yes, the Sportacular app from Yahoo Sports is great for stats and smack.
