Update, Feb. 10, 10:50 a.m. ET: Starbucks told a Los Angeles Times reporter that they are “evaluating next steps” regarding the parody of their store.
“We are aware of the store. It is not affiliated with Starbucks. We are evaluating next steps and while we appreciate the humor, they cannot use our name, which is a protected trademark,” they told Tiffany Hsu.
Bam! Shut down by the "Health Department":
The Starbucks parody store opened by the comic Nathan Fielder was hit with a notice of closure for operating without a valid public health permit, NBC Southern California reports.
Kinda like Capone getting nailed for tax evasion.

If they had just kept it performance art, they could have kept going for a while...
