Can I think of a beet cake like a carrot cake?
I think so, it imparts moisture, and adds healthy vegetables ;) The cake is very delicious, rich, and chocolaty, I had it with the prescribed crème fraîche and poppy seeds
*Good thing I will not be tested, as it is apparently true!
That sounds wonderful! And since the poppyseed phenomenon is true, it can be used as an excuse!
