Ok, so now even New York mayor Mike Bloomberg wants to learn to write JavaScript:

So far 180,000 people have joined Mayor Bloomberg in the #codeyear pledge.

I guess if Mike Bloomberg can be an engineer, then it's not unreasonable that Jack Dorsey can be mayor of New York someday.

Worlds collide! 2012 is so...

@ifindkarma if #askmike was really serious he would make it a requirement from 3rd grade through high school.

Third graders can learn to program JavaScript?!?!?!?

I think it just means that Codeacademy is based in NYC, and Bloomberg has some nutballs idea that they are going to surpass Silicon Valley as the best place for tech startups. AS IF!!!

Gotta agree with you, Joyce! IMHO, once politicians start coding, it's not kewl anymore:( Just sayin'

Well, now Foursquare is recruiting Mayor Bloomberg.

New York City represent!

This is too classic:) LOL. Thx!

To be contrarian, I'm going to focus on the Codecademy of Distribution.

Wait, what does that mean?
