I think it's one of those viral commercial videos. Someone probably edited the credits like it always happen.

Even around the pool, it isn't secured: see the wood wall blocking the pool? If he had land on that he would probably had broken his spin. It looks too much unsecured to be true.

My bet is that the thing flying is a dummy, so they did many takes until it works. And they cut the scenes right so, at the beginning and at the end of the jump, we see a man moving.

That is a very good guess. If I learn any more about this I will post it.
