Demographics is destiny! Americans are living longer and having fewer kids, like most other advanced economies... but we have a lot more immigration. It really just makes sense that our country is splitting into old white people who miss the past, and poor young people who feel held back from a fulfilling future.

That website does a great job of illustrating the trends.

So glad I read it all the way through.  The generations like each other and our interdependence gives us cause for hope.
