You have to be a really good cook to have the confidence to put THIS MUCH broccoli into a soup with just enough chicken stock and cream to make it blend.
"Cooking with Confidence" sounds like a good name for a cookbook.
REALLY yummy recipe, so easy, and freezes well! Plus I got to whip out the immersion blender for extra points! BIG RECOMMEND!!!
I think if you were worried about fat, you could use greek yogurt instead of some of the cream.
