In a major emergency, would you be able to carry food, water, and building materials to people in your community in need? That's the question that the Portland Disaster Relief Trials are designed to answer. This year the 30+ mile race -- with tasks at various stations -- was won by a tiny, garishly painted cargo bike that adjusts to almost any size rider.
