Susan Cain says There's zero correlation between being the best talker and having the best ideas:
In a culture where being social and outgoing are prized above all else, it can be difficult, even shameful, to be an introvert. But, as Susan Cain argues in this passionate talk, introverts bring extraordinary talents and abilities to the world, and should be encouraged and celebrated.
Our world prizes extroverts -- but Susan Cain makes a case for the quiet and contemplative.
I shall quietly watch Susan's video many times and contemplate it.
I am very fond of introverts and certainly there should be no shame. But I think she's incorrect in her implication that they are somehow DEEPER THINKERS than extraverts.
I think you're right, Joyce.
There's zero correlation between how deeply someone thinks, and whether they're introvert or extravert.
