I remember Carnivale. A series that ended way too soon.

Agreed, I really liked it, reminded me of David Lynch's Twin Peaks.

Up to and including how it ended abruptly after two seasons with plenty of story left to tell!

I liked that it was set in the Dust Bowl time, so you could get more of a feel for that time, also love all the old lingo they used, seemed very accurate, but than again I wasn't alive during those times! lol

I could easily watch this series again, some great actors in it ;)

I like the intro, it does a good job at setting the tone of the show.  Forgot this was a Ronald Moore executive produced series, quite different than his Star Trek and Battlestar Galactica series.

There were over 10 directors of the 24 episodes, but Rodrigo García directed the most with 5 episodes.
