imagine getting BART from San Francisco to Downtown Napa

I suspect it would allow people to have offices all over the valley, not just in SOMA. This way there would not be a pockets of uber high priced rentals. This infrastructure would take the business activity here to the next level.

It really would. Sad that it stopped before the vision was realized.
