The crust is a cocoa sheet cake rolled with marzipan and dipped in coffee syrup. The mantle is chocolate ganache, and the core is pumpkin mousse! I'm not usually in favor of very architectural desserts -- honestly I don't want to eat cake that someone has touched all over! -- but this one would be perfect for a very special almond and pumpkin lover's birthday.

It looks beautiful. Worth someone touching all over!
