Blueberry Pie with a Twist

Blueberries are ridiculously priced: super expensive most of the year and super cheap a couple weeks of the year. Make the most of it with this flexible pie recipe.
Blueberry prices have several factors that have nothing to do with cost:

Yet another recipe that adds booze, huh Troutgirl?
The alcohol cooks off! The flavor of the wine permeates!

This slab pie needs more than 2 hours to chill in the fridge. I would say you want to make the crust and the blueberries the night before, take the cream cheese out of the fridge first thing in the morning to soften for a couple hours, make the filling and assemble, and chill at least 2 hours from that point... so really about a 24 hour process altogether.
