So basically this is a tool for bloggers to manage their email subscribers, like ConstantContact but easier?

FeedBurner was this amazing tool that largely sat in the background of many blogs. It kept track of feed stats and email subscribers for blog posts. And no one gave it any thought for a long time, because it just ran properly…until it stopped.

Yes.. but it also handled RSS feeds for millions of blogs not just the email feature..

Do people still use RSS?

I use it all the time to stay up to date on stuff.. now with tools like ifttt and zapier it has taken on a different role in my workflow then before.

But yes.. I still use Google Reader :)

Okay, that's good to know.

I haven't made much time for ifttt and zapier, and I haven't used Google Reader in years, but I see the value of them.
