Charlie Palmer may be the head of a hospitality empire, but he's also a serious football fan. Here he takes John Madden's advice that a good tailgate chef must always have something to grill while the coals are heating up. "You've got to give your friends something to eat right away," Madden counseled sagely, "or they hang around the grill and rush everything else."
I agree with Madden but I'm curious what makes this pizza special.
