I feel this responsibility myself because I am one of the top results for brain aneurysms. On the other hand, my doctor isn't allowed to let me learn even slightly "bad" medical news by their protected website -- if a test result isn't within normal parameters, someone has to call me on the phone. But what if Google could urge you to get treatment sooner?
If Google could urge you to get treatment sooner then they should.
Doing so will likely save lives.
