I love how many jalapeños they use. :)
I went someplace once and instead of a big heaping mess of nachos, they had perfectly laid out, super thick chips with just the perfect amount of everything on it including a jalapeno on top of every single one. It was more like an OCD-friendly sliced nacho pizza than nachos. It was really good, but we all had a nice laugh at the non-traditionalist presentation.
That's funny because nachos are meant to be chaotic!
