Megyn Kelly to Rove: "is this just math that you do as a Republican to make you feel better?" #arithmetic
Ottway Ducard stashed this in Twitter
It must have been hard for Rove that night when faced with reality.
When presented with science or fact that goes against the bottom line, dispute it.

It was actually a perfect GOP/republican stance.
But it's no longer a perfect stance, right?
Not perfect, but it has worked for them up to 2012. I'm not convinced that it won't work for them in the future; the problem they've found, is that the people they can control (poor to middle class white men and evangelicals) are becoming less and less relevant; or in other words, there are other folks (women, minorities, and milennials) who even if they cared about the christian conservative/tea party issues, care more -- for obvious reasons -- about things like free education, government-supported healthcare and higher education, and pro-immigration policies as opposed to xenophobic ones (Ironic, of course, because most of our agriculture would collapse without the work of undocumented immigrants).
tl;dr: "for now."
