The shooter, Mike, is stealthing through a facility operated by his boss (business is Meth prod/dist). Cartel competitors have raided the place and are holding the various frontman employees hostage. Mike tears through the joint in a torrent of general baddassery, and this employee was indicating where to aim so as to hit the last guy's head.
