Why is it so hard to get an organization to go along with something?
I guess it's just hard to get a lot of people to agree to ANYTHING.
Lack of clear goals
Lack of an agreed way toÂ achieveÂ goals
Lack of a willingness to engage in healthy debate in service to those goals
Fear of being responsible for aÂ decision that may fail
The answer is usually a combintion of clarity and courage.Â
