Why do dogs tilt their heads?
"They do it to hear/see from a different point of view. It's why they do it when there's something they don't understand, changing their head and wiggling their ears gives them a different angle to observe something from. It's the equivalent of you squinting your eyes to see better or tilting your ear towards someone in a noisy bar."
