Tony's other two pieces of advice -- work with interesting people and focus on the right things -- are easy to say but surprisingly hard to do consistently.

I also like the message of today's other post: it takes a good five years to achieve something meaningful.

Sounds pretty simple. But I'm guessing it's not all that simple. Or maybe it is.
