I had never heard of her. She seems to have a style all her own.

She's credited with properly documenting and exposing the Harajuku and Tokyo fashion scenes.  Considered an authority.  Specifically her Style Deficit Disorder book is an exceptional compendium of the scene, and one I'm reading/researching out of for our Youth, Arts+Craft+Tech, Social Entrepreneurship project.

I'm not actually that familiar with her own personal style, but it's gotta be pretty dope.

Seems like it. I wonder what she does for fun.
