"Grissom and Young" by Norman Rockwell, 1965

"Sky Garden" by Robert Rauschenberg, 1969

"Moonwalk 1" by Any Warhol, 1987  in the subject box

It had to be before 1987 because it was used by MTV in 1981.

Who landed first?... (left image) MTV video still cir. 1981

(right image) We the undersigned hereby certify this to be an original Andy Warhol work of art bearing a stamped signature of the artist Print #: Frederick Hughes Executor Andy Warhol Estate Rupert Jasen Smith Master Printer. This one was hand-signed by the artist in 1987.

Here's the pink astronaut.

So he did this AFTER MTV?! Wow.

This one was hand-signed by the artist in 1987.

So it seems the Moonwalk series spanned a period that ended in 1987, the year Warhol died.

I see. Maybe he did the MTV one too?
