I love rosemary and garlic with pork loin, but honestly I don't care for recipes that put a paste inside the meat or make you poke the aromatics into holes into the roast. Maybe it's me but the garlic never seems to cook fully and the rosemary remains in hard little needle bits! This is a way easier and more subtle treatment.
