I love Romano beans in the summer! And I have a lot of oregano in the garden.
I was worried that this recipe would not result in tender beans -- and although I love Romano beans, I do not enjoy CRUNCHY Romano beans -- so I finished with a couple splashes of white wine rather than balsamic vinegar.
