Is this picture a really bad Photoshop?  None of those people look like they belong in that setting. What a great way to network, get your activity in, plus you get a better read on people watching them in a challenging environment, are they calm? prepared? do they lose their temper when they aren't doing well? are they easily frustrated?  Are they a team player, supportive of others?  or selfish?

Yes, really bad Photoshop. And nowhere near Silicon Valley. And nothing like Silicon Valley.

And the article is about kiteboarding, which I assure you most entrepreneurs do not do.
