Bonus: Mahi Mahi is a moderate mercury fish.

One tip: make sure your mahi mahi does not have the skin left on. The skin makes it super hard to eat, and due to the papillote cooking technique leaving the skin on will not make this fish more moist or easier to handle during cooking.

I ended up concluding that this recipe is not yummy enough to be worth the considerable trouble of the cooking.
