Butternut Squash Stuffed with Porcini

I <3 butternut squash in its non-soup form, and am always looking for recipes that do right by it. This is not clear from the recipe as written, but it seems that the squash bases are cut in half before roasting.
Possibly the greatest dish ever when vegetarians are coming to dinner. It's a little more "gourmet" and a more elegant presentation than normal roasted veg.
