This is a very nice "American-style" chili. I especially like it because you don't have to brown anything except the meat, so it's very fast to prep.

One tip: this is a photograph of a full recipe simmering away in a 7.5 quart pot:

If you do not have a pot this size, consider making a half recipe instead.
