A riff on a traditional Italian pork with milk dish.

This line makes me want to try this recipe: 

"I know I'm going out on a limb with this one, but it is still the truth: this is the best chicken I have ever had."

Very good and juicy, 8 on a 0-10 scale, not too hard to make,  just a little splattery with the braising on the stove top.  Fairly healthy.  I used whole milk, and cooked it with the lid off.  Next time I would increase the garlic, lemon,  salt, and might try powdered cinnamon, as I could not taste the cinnamon (stick) at all.
