What are slant rhymes?

A slant rhyme is an ending of two subsequent sentences, or in some formats every other sentence, that sound alike but are not perfect rhymes.  The most famous example of which is weak arms are heavy, there's vomit on his seater already, mom's spaghetti.  Heavy and spaghetti are a slant rhym.  Eminem's lyrics are full of them. He also does perfect rhymes in the second syllables with a slight pause. He's also famous for inventing a new cadence.

Oh wow. Those are excellent -- and that song was groundbreaking for taking slant rhymes mainstream.
