Odd that mammals can harbor an algae virus. Scary that there is such a direct correlation between infection and cognitive ability. A good find that will lead to interesting, possibly useful results.
this is very interesting. i didn't even know there was such thing as an algae virus! it really makes me consider how we have organized our 5 kingdoms of life.
so, is the algae virus making people slower, or is it choosing slower people? :)
Signs would point to the virus making people slower, although frankly that is a very good question.
