Actually, it's hard to tell how fast that grizzly is running but it is the subject of debate on Reddit:

Almost more terrifying is how fast it puts on the brakes and changes direction at the end. Damn!
Yeah. It's very good at maneuvering. You're right, that makes it even scarier.
