It's definitely a tie between Andrew Jackson and Teddy Roosevelt. Teddy was tough as a bull moose, but Jackson was a crazy sonofabitch who was a duelist and guerrilla fighter against the Native Americans. Teddy seemed like the kinda dude who would have too much honor to take an advantage against Jackson, so I think it would at some point come down to Jackson stabbing Teddy in the dick.
