Just USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Mongolia (?), and most of Europe.

Don't forget Uruguay, Koweit and UAE.

How is Kuwait safe?! It's in the middle of everything!

There are at least 8 US military bases in Kuwait, I guess they are safe.
