Is Lebanon the name of the move or the name of the place?
I assume name of the place, but was a bit surprised that there is a ski resort in Lebanon, I think of it as a country with low lying beach coastline.
Wikipedia:
Lebanon, a mountainous country with summits reaching heights of over 10,000 feet,[2] is often referred to as the "Switzerland of the East".[3] Lebanon is home to six well-equipped,[4] well-maintained[5] ski resorts, located on the Mount Lebanon range that faces the Mediterranean and offers terrific downhill ski slopes.[6] [7] The six resorts have a combined 49 ski lifts with pistes totaling 300 km in length.[8] Lebanon's ski resorts are accessible on a day trip with the nearest ski resorts less than an hour's drive from the capital, Beirut.[9] The sociable Lebanese ensure that the après-ski scene is as memorable as the skiing.[5] A seventh ski field, a steep and rugged one that is suitable for the most intrepid skiers only, is at Mount Hermon,[10] but due to the political situation with Israel and Syria, the field has never been developed into a resort. In 2005, plans for a US$1 billion skiing resort, Sannine Zenith, were revealed.[11]
Skiing is big in Lebanon, and I learned it is a very mountainous country!
Whoa, we're talking Lebanon in the Middle East?!
The country that's next to Syria / ISIS???
Yep
I used to think there would be more peace in the Middle East if there were more snow sports to chill by.
Now I'm not so sure.
