These are actually too small for the kinds of pie slices I usually serve, and won't hold up under a lot of fruit or whipped cream. But for the kind of super-rich chocolate tart that one occasionally has to serve in tiny slices, it is a lovely presentation and surprisingly quick to do.

It's the little details that make a big difference in presentation.
