Absolutely. Those kids are being told for 22 years that their scores are the only thing valuable about them -- for future jobs, degrees, and opportunities; the pressure is inordinate and so they cheat to give themselves an advantage to succeed in life.
It's sad tht everything is so quantified that cheating on tests would make someone reasonable think they would get ahead in life.
