Waaaaaay back when I was a young'n, after a 3 week safari, I had what I believe may be what this is in a small restaurant called Mama Africa (http://www.mamaafricarestaurant.co.za/) in Capetown. I won't know if it is actually this until I make it....
In any case, chicken + peanuts are often delicious together.
