Worth reading: Jenny Dearborn, Chief Learning Officer and Senior Vice President at SAP, titled 4 Steps to Making Mindfulness Work in Business

It's an insightful guide for getting an organization to buy-in and successfully implement a mindfulness training program. At the end, she states that SAP considers both financial and non-financial components of ROI, which I infer means that the mindfulness program falls into the latter component.

Worth watching: An interview with Pamela Weiss, founder of Appropriate Response, and Todd Pierce, SVP and CIO Genentech-Roche, at the Wisdom 2.0 Conference talking about their successful Personal Excellence Program (PEP).
