Worth reading: Jenny Dearborn, Chief Learning Officer and Senior Vice President at SAP, titled 4 Steps to Making Mindfulness Work in Business.
It's an insightful guide for getting an organization to buy-in and successfully implement a mindfulness training program. At the end, she states that SAP considers both financial and non-financial components of ROI, which I infer means that the mindfulness program falls into the latter component.
