I thought I saw Microsoft making great strides at recent Open Source conferences, but shit like this still makes me think Ballmer is running the show with an anti-competitive, monopolistic approach to business. Good luck with that, Microsoft.

I dunno. This seems like clever marketing to me. There's a big difference between a level pack add-on and abuse of monopoly power to provide unfair advantage to orthogonal businesses.
"This page can only be viewed in browser X" is anti-Web.
"Download our browser because our HTML5 engine is the fastest" is pro-Web.
